We built our Miami based law firm on a premise of collaboration – both with clients and each other. At the inception of every case, we embrace and implement a detailed case plan. We present budgets that actually make sense. We set expectations and deliver. We don’t send internal emails when we’re sitting five feet away from each other and then bill the client for a six minute “internal correspondence.” We set up client extranets with key documents so that important information is shared in real time. We don’t bill for online legal research costs or “long-distance telephone calls” or photocopying. We follow detailed and customized workflows to maximize efficiencies and reduce human error.

The practice of law is evolving. We formed MM&H as a boutique law firm focused on excellence in Florida litigation, international arbitration and appeals. We differentiate ourselves not just with our technical expertise, but with two primary objectives that inform each of our matters. First, we leverage technology and 2020 management styles (instead of 1920 management styles) to maximize strategic advantages in a lawsuit. Second, we address head on the two biggest complaints that clients have with their litigators: fee unpredictability and poor communication.
