Darci practices in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, land use and governmental law. She also practices franchise litigation where she often represents franchisors in matters involving protection of trademarks and intellectual property rights, franchise terminations, discrimination claims, covenants not to compete, unfair competition, business torts and numerous other issues. She has represented several of the largest global brands in state and federal courts, including cross-border disputes in international arbitration forums. She also serves as outside legal counsel to franchisors, providing day-to-day counsel with respect to state and federal compliance, disclosure documents, trademark protection, defaults, terminations, amongst other issues.

Darci is the former Young Lawyers Division Liaison to the Forum on Franchising Governing Committee. She is also on the Jewish Federation Network Board, an attorney ad litem for Lawyers for Children America, and involved in Miami-Dade Best Buddies and the United Way Health Council.

Darci is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an Articles & Comments Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review, was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, and a fellow for the Professional Responsibility & Ethics Program (PREP). Darci earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida.
